About our store

These terms apply to purchases and use of the CARIVIO online clothing store, based in the United States. Contact support@carivioai.com with questions. Our storefront is hosted on Shopify.

Product information and availability

Please review the product description, available sizes, colors and fit information before ordering. Images are illustrative; screen settings can affect color appearance. Prices and availability may change before an order is placed. An unavailable item cannot be ordered.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate contact and delivery information. Review the item, quantity, price, shipping charges and applicable taxes at checkout before submitting payment. Only the payment methods displayed at checkout are offered. Never email card details. If an order cannot be fulfilled or contains a material error, we will contact you and explain cancellation or refund options.

Products may ship directly from our suppliers. Processing and transit times vary; estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. See our Shipping policy.
