Where we ship

Available destinations and shipping services are determined by the delivery address and the options offered at checkout. An item displayed in our catalog is not a guarantee of availability for every destination.

Order processing

Our selected Terracea jackets ship from the United States. Terracea typically dispatches orders within 3 days. This is supplier processing time, not the total delivery time or a guaranteed arrival date. Other brands may have different processing times. Email support@carivioai.com with the product name and destination ZIP or postal code for an estimate before ordering.

Transit time and shipping charges

Carrier transit time is additional to processing time and depends on your destination and shipping service. Available shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Any arrival estimate is an estimate, not a guarantee. Weather, carrier disruptions and customs processing can affect delivery.

Supplier fulfillment and tracking

Products may be fulfilled directly by our suppliers. Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages. Use the shipment information associated with your order when tracking is available. For tracking assistance, contact us with your order number.

Delivery issues

Check your delivery address before placing an order. If you notice an error, a missing package, damage or a delay, contact CARIVIO promptly so we can investigate with the supplier or carrier. Address changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins.

International orders

If international delivery is available at checkout, customs processing may add time. Import charges may apply depending on the destination; review the checkout disclosures and local requirements before purchasing.
