CARIVIO Returns & Refunds

For return, cancellation or order assistance, contact support@carivioai.com with your order number and item name.

Requesting a return

Contact us within 30 days after delivery to request a return. CARIVIO coordinates returns with the supplier that fulfilled your item. Approval and item eligibility must be confirmed before you send a package. Please keep items unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags and packaging.

Returns to supplier warehouse

Returns must be approved before shipping. Once approved, we will provide the correct supplier warehouse return address and instructions for your item. Please do not send returns to our business mailing address.

Return instructions and fees

Our current Shopify Collective return settings specify no return-label fee and no restocking fee. We will confirm eligibility and provide the approved return label or instructions for your order. Do not send returns without authorization or use a supplier address found online. Contact CARIVIO first.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us promptly after receiving an incorrect or damaged item, including your order number and photos of the issue and packaging. We will investigate with the supplier and explain the available remedy. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

Refunds

We will notify you of the return decision and refund status. For supplier-fulfilled returns, the refund is processed after the supplier approves and refunds the return through Collective. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls when the credit appears. Contact us if you need an update.

Exchanges and cancellations

Contact us to request an exchange or cancellation. Availability and fulfillment status determine what is possible; changes cannot be guaranteed after an order enters fulfillment. We will explain the options for your specific order.

Nothing in this policy removes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
